Teamwork and competition
My dad always said, "keep playing against players that are older and better than you. It will make you better." And I was the youngest one on the court almost all the time. I was the youngest of three boys. And my older brothers always pushed me, because they were stronger, they were taller, and they dribbled the ball better. I think the same thing goes for selling real estate. I like being on a team made up of agents that truly are Premier. We are called the Premier Agents Network. We are a small team within Fonville Morisey. Each of the individuals on the team of 16 push me to be better. I learn something from every one of them. They push me to put my clients first. They push me on the court and off the court. One of them helps me learn about marketing. Another helps me because he closes 5 or more home sales a month. And it shows. Our firm was just rated the best in Raleigh. It is great to be getting schooled by a team that has some of the best folks in the business. And
